Bug fix: funnel-guard cron had the wrong script path. The crontab entry pointed
to funnel-guard.sh in the repo root (nonexistent), while the actual script lives
at tools/funnel-guard.sh. The cron was failing silently on every 7/37-minute run.
Fixed the path in crontab. Verified: script runs clean, funnel healthy (301→200
via 18790→80).
